terms and conditions

Orders are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Seller

The Seller is Multivalent Ltd of The Laboratory, Chamberlain’s Buildings Farm, Eriswell, Brandon, IP27 9BJ, United Kingdom.

Delivery

Quoted delivery dates are given in good faith and the Seller has no liability for delays due to factors beyond the Seller’s control.

Loss or Damage

Notification of discrepancy, loss or damage must be made within three days of delivery. In case of non-delivery notification must be made within seven days of receipt of invoice.

Risk

Risk transfers from the Seller to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer’s premises.

Payment

Terms are open account 30 days from invoice date unless prepaid by pro-forma invoice. Payments are made by bank transfer to the currency account indicated on the invoice.

Title

The goods remain the property of the Seller until payment is received in full.

Liability

(a) The Seller incurs no liability for loss, injury or damage to persons or property as a result of the Buyer’s handling of goods not in accordance with safety instructions supplied or not in accordance with official Health & Safety legislation.

(b) Any liability incurred by the Seller is limited to a sum equal to the charges for the goods or that part so affected. Goods are sold on the understanding that the Buyer is responsible for determining the purpose for which they are intended.

Purpose

The goods are sold for manufacturing, development or research use only, not for clinical, pharmaceutical, food or personal use.

Intellectual Property

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine if Patents exist covering the intended use of the purchased goods.

Jurisdiction

Contracts of sale are governed by the Laws of England.
