How much is the delivery charge?
The delivery charge is shown on the delivery calculation page in the currency you selected once you have selected a country for delivery. Access to the delivery calculator is from the shopping basket page. We normally ship by FedEx.
We accept payment by wire transfer to the currency account shown on the invoice accompanying the goods. In the rare case of prepayment the account details are shown on the proforma invoice.
Do I need to establish an account?
No, our business terms are 30 days open account with a few exceptions by pro-forma invoice.
We try to, and we hold a strategic stock of synthesis raw materials for rapid replacement of sold-out items.
Is there a hazardous goods surcharge?
No, because ninety percent of our products count as hazardous for transport and the extra costs are incorporated in the delivery.

Sealed glass ampoules offer total integrity of seal against moisture and air degradation of sensitive chemicals. They have to be used once opened so we offer multiple small packs. Bottles offer ease of closure and opening but may compromise shelf life.
